The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported on March 16 an employee at Anheuser-Busch’s Cartersville, Georgia plant has tested positive for coronavirus. According to an Anheuser-Busch spokesperson, the beer plant has not closed operations after learning of the employee’s diagnosis of COVID-19.
“At Anheuser-Busch, the health and safety of our employees and our communities is our number one priority and we have implemented a number of precautionary measures across our company to address COVID-19,” the spokesperson said in the statement.
