Grupo Bimbo acquires Lender’s Bagels

MEXICO CITY — Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc., a business unit of Grupo Bimbo S.A.B. de C.V., has acquired the Lender’s Bagels business from Conagra Brands, Inc., Chicago. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
