General Mills has filed international patents for gluten-free pizza, cookie and pie dough as part of the company’s effort to appeal to consumer demand for ready-to-bake products. The dough improves upon already-available gluten-free dry mixes with its better texture, taste, shelf life and handling properties, the company said.
