Hormel to acquire Justin’s nut butter brand

Hormel Foods Corp. has agreed to acquire Justin’s, L.L.C., maker of Justin’s brand nut butter spreads, squeeze packs, peanut butter cups and snack packs. Financial terms were not disclosed.
