Step 4
Then copy and paste the completed email message to any text editor first. (e.g. TextEdit on the Mac) This removes any formatting in Google docs; otherwise the email text might be screwy!

Then, copy and paste to your email service and send to both the primary contact and any users provided. Include the recipient’s first name in the email. Use your signature and add RSL Communications, Inc. below your name and phone number.

Tip: Don’t send the email out until the user has been added to WordPress.

Step 5
Back in the WordPress Dashboard, click BrandBASE Backoffice in the top navigation area.

Backoffice Main Menu opens

Under “User” Select > view, edit or delete users

The new users will appear on the top. Click on the user to see the detail screen >

Add company name

Change Expiration Date to one day prior to what’s indicated

Click Update Record

RENEWAL

Step 1
Go to Back Office > Users > View, Edit, Delete Users

Choose the client (any user)

Step 2
Click “Renew”

All of the users will be updated. Change the expiration date to one day earlier.
