Alexander W. Pease has been named executive vice-president and chief financial officer of Snyder’s-Lance, Inc., effective Nov. 1. He will succeed Rick Puckett, who earlier this year announced his intent to retire. Mr. Puckett will remain with the company in a consulting role for a period of time to ensure a smooth transition.
